Company Settings

Your company settings apply to customer-facing materials, including invoices, order confirmations, and email communications.

Getting these details right is important to ensure your brand appears consistently across confirmations, tickets, gift cards, and invoices.


⚙️ Company Settings

How to update your company settings:

  1. In the Administrator section in the left main menu, navigate to Settings → Company Settings.

  2. Update the different information fields under Company Settings.

Fields

Description

Name

The company name that displays on all customer-facing materials.

Org. Number

The unique identifier your business receives from the relevant government authority.

Email

There are two email fields:

  • The first is the primary email address for general contact and customer service. It appears in the booking confirmations sent to your customers.

  • The second is the email address where Bilberry sends monthly license invoices.

Phone

Your company’s phone number for customers and partners to contact you. It appears in the booking confirmations sent to your customers.

Website

The URL of your company’s website.

Address, Zip (Postal code), City, Country

Your company’s main location and address. It appears in the booking confirmations and tickets sent to your customers.

Text-field for agent invoices

Text to display on agent invoices, such as a reference number or relevant information.

  1. Update your primary and secondary colors. These represent the default color scheme for the widgets you display on your website and other customer-facing materials such as tickets, offers, and gift cards, giving them a consistent look and feel that is aligned with your branding.

Primary color is the main color of your brand or website, often used for key elements.

Secondary color complements the primary color and is used for secondary elements.

  1. Upload your logo and voucher shown on customer-facing materials and communications.

  • Main Logo appears in the micro store links, booking links, gift card PDF etc.

  • Voucher Logo appears in the ticket PDF that iss delivered to the customer by email upon booking.

Image recommendations:

  • File Type: .jpeg or .png

  • File Size: Between 2-4MB
