Product Information and Translations

Use the Translations fields to control what customers see in widgets and customer-facing emails or tickets. These are language-specific versions of the same content, ensuring customers receive widget and ticket text in their preferred language.


🔡 Translations

  1. In the left main menu, navigate to Products → click the product title you want to add or change information/translations to.

  2. Navigate to the Translations tab.

  3. Enter information in the Widget section. Here are descriptions of the different fields and where they are showing:

Field

Description

Title

The product title showing to your customers in the widgets. This can differ to what the name of the product is internally.

Website url for your product

The product page url that links to the product on your website.

Short description

A brief, 1-3 sentences summary, highlighting key selling points of your product.

Full description

A detailed overview providing key information about the product.

Additional info

Further details about the product, displayed in a dropdown within some widgets.

Departure times

If the product has multiple departure times during a day, add these here.

  1. Enter information in the Mail section. Here are descriptions to where the different fields are showing:

Important information for the customer to read, displayed on the PDF ticket.

Disclaimer

Appears in the disclaimer section of the PDF ticket.

Meet up time

Shown in the “Meet up time” section of the PDF ticket.

  1. (Optional) Enter information in the Offer section. These fields can be collected when creating a private offer, which simplifies the standardisation of this process. Here are descriptions of the different fields:

Description of the product's itinerary.

Short description

A brief, 1-3 sentences summary, highlighting key selling points of your product.

Full description

A detailed overview providing key information about the product.

For every web language added to your system, add product-specific information and translations for each language you have added. When adding a new language, provide translations in that language as well.
