Membership is an add-on to Bilberry, which can be activated upon request. This is generally covered through initial onboarding, but the add-on can also be activated by our support team at a later time.
When activated, the add-on enables the possibility of end user accounts where you can sell membership products called value cards (such as monthly- or seasonal memberships and punch cards) that are directly connected to an account. This can give you insight about who the users are, how often they are visiting etc.
Activate the Membership Add-On
To activate the membership add-on in Bilberry, our team will have to be contacted to enable this. Just let us know by sending a request through our support channel. We will activate the add-on and find a time for an onboarding session where the add-on is explained further.
To initialize the activation, our team will need some information about the operation that is going to use it.

In some cases where there is only one site, it is OK that the Display Name is the same as the Company Name. In cases where there are many sites, the display name should be more specific.
