The week view in Bilberry's calendar is designed to give you a clear, day-by-day overview of all events, bookings, and activities in the week you are currently in.
Week View
In the week view, you see daily entries for trips, accommodation, and gear rentals, making it easy to track ongoing and upcoming events. Navigation tools let you switch between weeks or jump to a specific day for a closer look. You can see who’s responsible for each booking, view times and locations, and access more details by clicking on any event. This view helps you coordinate resources and staff, spot overlaps, and keep everything running smoothly.
Week Navigation
At the top right corner, use the arrows or week links to move to previous or upcoming weeks. The week number and date range are always visible for reference.
Each day is shown as a separate section. You see the full list of your events in the calendar – tours, accommodation, and gear rentals – organized by time and date.

Events Overview
Every event entry shows its start and end time, location, the resources attached to the tour, number of bookings ( 
Click on any event to open up more details about the event where you can manage the tour, get a booking overview, see availability, or contact responsible staff. Click Show day to switch to a detailed day view for more granular info of todays day.
